Parish Seeking Contractors for Housing Rehabilitation Contractor Bidder's List
The Community Development Division of the Terrebonne Parish Housing and Human Services Department is updating its Housing Rehabilitation Contractor Bidder’s List and is currently soliciting contractors for the following trades to participate in the Housing Rehabilitation Program:
- Roofing
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- General Carpentry
Contractors placed on the Housing Rehabilitation Contractor Bidder’s List will be afforded opportunity to bid on projects involving the rehabilitation of residential structures owned by private individuals residing within the jurisdiction of Terrebonne Parish. Contractors must have a valid Louisiana State Contractor License of the proper classification(s), a minimum of $500,000 General Liability Insurance, $250,000 Automobile Liability, and both listing Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government as additional insured and Standard Louisiana Worker’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability that includes a waiver of subrogation. Contractors interested in participating in the Housing Rehabilitation Program and meeting the conditions stated above must complete a Vendor Online Application on the Terrebonne Parish Purchasing Division webpage and a Housing Rehabilitation Program Contractor’s Application, which can be downloaded from the Terrebonne Parish Community Development Division webpage or picked up at the following location:
