Small Business Incubator Project Determination Open for Public Comment Until April 11, 2026
The Louisiana Office of Community Development - Disaster Recover (LOCD-DR) awarded funs to the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) for the Façade Improvements Program under the Parish's Resilient Communities Infrastructure Program (RCIP) allocation. During the environmental review of the Proposed Action, it was determined that the project occurs within a floodplain and requires notification of the Proposed Action to the public.
